Amazing Outreach to Jonleng Village

Dear Family and Friends,

This has been a challenging season for everyone. With borders closed and businesses closed there are many in the world that are struggling. Tower of Strength Ministries has been committed to help those in most desperate need, by allocating resources to provide food in remote villages in Zambia.

We continue to do outreaches for widows and orphans. providing staple food items such as corn meal, cooking oil, sugar and salt. The outreach held Saturday September 19th was is Jonleng village a very impoverished area of Lusaka. As a partner you were able to impact the lives of over seventy-five families. The Gospel was shared, as people entered into worship through the distribution of all that was provided by you our faithful partners.

One young man Daniel Musonda that has given himself to Tower of Strength Ministries had this to share from the recent outreach.
Hi ,my name is Daniel ,I want to take this privilege to share my experience as one of the people on the ground. My experience with widows and the orphans has been quite thrilling and has changed how I look at life in general. Looking at how widows and orphans are suffering amidst the pandemic is saddening. This pandemic has hit homes badly such that some orphans and widows have been going on an empty stomach for days. So reaching out to them has really brought hope and joy unspeakable in their lives. We have witnessed a number of them giving their life to Christ. I personally have seen the hand of God in this and my prayer for you is that God will continue to bless you as you continue partnering with Tower of Strength Ministries in helping to fight poverty among the widows and orphans here in Africa.

Just above you can see my friend Bishop Stanley Simunyola blessing the provisions that were distributed during this outreach. Bishop Simunyola is a dear friend that I have known since my first trip to Zambia. He was instrumental in identifying those most in need in Jonleng village. He joined the team to minister during the outreach where the team saw salvation and healing take place. Below is a You Tube link to a prayer of thanksgiving for you our Tower of Strength Partners.

As partners of Tower of Strength Ministries you are making an impact on lives that would otherwise be neglected. You are the hands and feet of Jesus and are representing Him with a Spirit of Excellence. Please consider continuing your support with a donation that will be life changing to the least of these. Jesus said whatever you do to the least of these you are doing unto me.

You can make a one time donation or become a monthly partner on the support page.

Thank You,

Love with all the affection of Christ Jesus
